A Câmara Municipal aprovou esta semana, um Projeto de Lei que estabelece limitações ao corte do serviço de fornecimento de água em Corumbá. A proposta foi apresentada pelo vereador Yussef Salla e segue agora para apreciação do Poder Executivo.
Caso seja sancionado pelo prefeito Marcelo Iunes, a Empresa de Saneamento de Mato Grosso do Sul (Sanesul), não poderá cortar, suspender ou interromper o serviço de fornecimento de água na cidade, por mora ou inadimplência dos usuários, em dias que não haja expediente bancário normal.

Yussef El Sala – Vereador Ele explica ainda que a empresa concessionária deverá notificar o usuário, “em pelo menos 30 dias anterior ao ato do corte, suspensão ou interrupção, ou de forma pessoal ou postal, com aviso de recebimento”, completou.
