Corumbá (MS)- Policiais do Setor de Investigação Geral (S.I.G), da Delegacia de Ladário, prenderam nesta quinta-feira (11), um homem de 36 anos, identificado pelas iniciais G.S.D, condenado a uma pena de 13 anos e quatro meses de prisão pelo crime de latrocínio (roubo seguido de morte).

Segundo informações, o indivíduo estava foragido desde junho de 2017 e após a prisão, será reencaminhado ao Estabelecimento Penal de Corumbá.

Segundo consta nos autos do processo, o crime teria ocorrido no dia 14 de abril de 2004, quando em conluio com outro comparsa e mais três menores de idade, o autor teria invadido a residência da vítima, localizada no bairro Guaicurus, para subtrair alguns objetos e pertences pessoais.

O crime teve a participação de duas menores com quem, segundo as investigações, a vítima mantinha relacionamentos sexuais em troca de dinheiro e teriam reado as informações aos demais autores.

Ocorre que durante a realização do crime, o autor teria em ato contínuo se utilizando de um pedaço de pano, asfixiado a vítima até a morte. Posteriormente o grupo fugiu levando um televisor, um vídeo cassete, um relógio de parede, aparelho celular e itens de higiene pessoal.
