Rosinaldo de Andrade Messias de 41 anos foi assassinado a tiros na noite dessa terça-feira (23), na cidade de Itaquirai a 402 quilômetros de Campo Grande, após um vídeo em que aparece em um barco beijando a boca de uma criança vazar, o que configura estupro de vulnerável.
De acordo com o registro do boletim de ocorrência, o crime aconteceu ainda na manhã de terça-feira (23), por volta das 9h30, quando Rosinaldo foi encontrado em sua casa morto com um tiro na nuca. Uma testemunha chegou a contar aos policiais que teria ouvido dois tiros.
Ninguém foi visto saindo da casa após o crime, e reforço policial teve de ser acionado após vários populares terem ido ao local para queimarem a casa e corpo que estava na residência.
Nas imagens que vazaram, Rosinaldo aparece no barco com outros homens e mulheres que gritam em comemoração quando a menina é beijada na boca pelo homem, que é funcionário de um frigorífico de aves na região. O vídeo foi feito durante um eio de barco no Rio Paraná.
