O rapaz estava deitado em uma rede na sua residência quando o autor identificado como João, iniciou a discussão e apontou uma arma pedindo para que Alisson o respeitasse. Em resposta, o jovem pediu que o autor abaixasse a arma e explicou que não tinha nada a ver com a situação. Entretanto, João não cedeu e realizou um disparo atingindo a vítima, que gritou pedindo para não ser morto.
No local, um homem de 50 anos também foi atingido por um tiro na cabeça. Após os disparos, João fugiu, mas foi capturado pela polícia enquanto pulava muros de casas. Ele foi encaminhado para a Delegacia de Polícia Civil de Eldorado, onde foi autuado em flagrante pelos crimes de homicídio qualificado, homicídio qualificado na forma tentada e lesão corporal.
