Ladário (MS)- No próximo dia 8 de maio, a Justiça de Mato Grosso do Sul julgará um esquema de corrupção que envolve a Prefeitura de Ladário. Os réus, que foram alvos de uma operação em 2019, são acusados de crimes de peculato, incluindo o ex-prefeito Carlos Ruso.

Inicialmente, a audiência para depoimento de testemunhas estava marcada para fevereiro, mas foi adiada. Agora, a audiência de instrução e julgamento foi reagendada para o próximo mês, a partir das 14 horas, na 2ª Vara Criminal de Corumbá.

Entre os intimados para participar estão Andressa Paraquett, ex-secretária de Assistência Social, e Eiza Nadila Bassoli, ex-servidora da Assistência Social. Além delas, também foram convocados Felipe Castilho da Silva e Marcos Alexsander Miranda.

Segundo a denúncia do Ministério Público de Mato Grosso do Sul, o esquema de desvio de recursos públicos acontecia por meio de contratações diretas fraudadas ou superfaturadas. Andressa, que ocupou os cargos de secretária da Assistência Social e de istração de Ladário, é apontada como a chefe do esquema.
